IIHF Ice Hockey World Championships 2021 artworks for CMore hockey studio
Series of artworks made for CMore Finland. These works were displayed on screen in the studio during the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championships 2021.
The idea for every picture was to feature a player from Team Finland and a landscape / landmark to represent the opponent.
Finland – USA. The Statue of Liberty and the skyline of New York.
Kazakhstan – Finland. Sun & eagle from the flag of Kazakhstan and a landscape with mountains.
Finland – Norway. Norwegian fjords, small village and a fishing boat.
Finland – Italy. The Leaning Tower of Pisa.
Germany – Finland. The Brandenburg Gate in Berlin.
Finland – Latvia. St. Peter's Church in Riga.
Canada – Finland. A maple tree & maple leaves.
Quarterfinals & semifinals. Ice hockey World Championship trophy and the skyline/landmarks of Riga.
The final: Finland – Canada.
